How can you watch over safety without cameras?
We use motion and presence sensors, door sensors and environmental sensors. From their activity we can tell the day is going normally – and notice when it isn't. We need no image for that.
Who sees the data and where is it stored?
Only the family, and we within the service, see the overview. We collect as little data as possible and no video. Sensitive data is protected.
Can cameras be added if we want them?
Yes, but only on the family's explicit request and only in a selected room. The standard is camera-free.
Is it suitable for dementia too?
Yes. Camera-free monitoring is often more acceptable and less stressful for seniors. We always discuss the specific setup with the family.
