What sensors do you use?
Most often motion and presence sensors, door and window sensors, and temperature and humidity sensors. We don't use cameras by default – only on the family's explicit request.
Is installation complicated?
No. The sensors are wireless and discreet; we install them in a single visit without major changes to the flat.
Does the senior have to operate or charge the sensors?
No. The sensors work on their own, have long battery life, and we monitor their status remotely.
Does it need internet?
Yes, a basic internet connection is needed to send alerts. The sensors themselves also work locally in the home.
