Privacy & dignity

Monitoring doesn't mean spying

We understand that seniors want privacy and independence. Our solution is built on consideration, not on watching every step.

Sensors instead of surveillance

The core is sensor-based monitoring that recognises activity without any video.

Cameras are optional

We recommend cameras only where they make sense, and always with the agreement of the family and the senior.

The family decides

You decide what's appropriate. We never push a solution on anyone.

Responsible data handling

We take sensitive data seriously and process it responsibly, only to the extent necessary.

Not constant watching

The goal is not to track every step. The system speaks up only in unusual situations.

Dignity first

The service is designed so the senior stays independent, with peace and privacy.

How we see it

The purpose of monitoring is not to control the senior, but to react in time when something unusual happens. An ordinary day remains the senior's private business.

Sensors can recognise activity – such as movement between rooms or getting up in the morning – without capturing any video. That is the fundamental difference from camera surveillance.

Cameras only where they make sense

Cameras can be useful in selected places, but they are never mandatory. We offer them as a choice and recommend them only where the family and the senior agree and where they genuinely help.

You decide the setup

Together we define what is monitored, who receives alerts and which rules apply. The setup can be changed at any time as the needs of the senior and the family evolve.

Note: This page describes our approach to privacy and dignity. The specific terms of personal data processing are covered in our Privacy Policy.
