Terms of Service

Terms for providing the Klidně Doma service – smart monitoring for seniors in their own home.

1. Service provider

The Klidně Doma service is provided by [NAME / BUSINESS NAME], Company ID (IČO): [TO BE ADDED], registered office [ADDRESS] (the "provider"). Contact: info@klidnedoma.cz, +420 728 219 500.

2. Description of the service

The service consists of designing, installing and operating a smart monitoring system in a senior's home and sending alerts to designated family members. The scope follows the chosen package and the final configuration confirmed before installation.

The service is not a healthcare service, a rescue service or an emergency-call service. Its purpose is to improve the family's overview and enable a timely reaction; it cannot guarantee the prevention of falls, injuries or other harm.

3. Ordering and contract

Orders can be placed via the website form, by phone or by e-mail. An order is non-binding until the provider and the customer confirm the final configuration, price and installation date. The contract is concluded by that confirmation.

4. Prices and payment

Current package prices and indicative installation prices are listed on the provider's website. The installation price depends on the home's layout and the number of devices; the final price is always confirmed in advance. The monthly fee is payable in advance for each billing period.

5. Installation and cooperation

Installation takes place at the agreed time in the senior's home. The customer arranges access to the home and the consent of the people living in it. Where the service requires an internet connection, the customer provides it unless agreed otherwise.

6. Duration and cancellation

The service is agreed for an indefinite period with a monthly subscription. The customer may cancel in writing (including e-mail) effective at the end of the current billing period. The provider may terminate the service for a substantial breach of these terms or upon discontinuing the service as such, always with reasonable notice.

7. Liability

The provider is responsible for professional installation and for operating the system with due care. The provider is not liable for outages caused by power or internet interruptions, third-party interference or improper handling of the devices. Alert delivery depends on third-party networks, so the provider cannot guarantee delivery of every alert at every moment.

8. Complaints

Defects of the service or devices can be claimed via the provider's contacts. Complaints are handled without undue delay and within statutory deadlines.

9. Final provisions

Legal relations are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Consumers may turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) for out-of-court dispute resolution. These terms take effect on [DATE].

This is a working draft. Before launching sales, have the terms reviewed by a lawyer and complete the identification details. In case of any discrepancy, the Czech version prevails.
