2. What data we process

• Form data: name, e-mail, phone, city, installation address, relation to the senior and the description you share with us.
• Service data: system configuration, alert settings and technical records necessary for operation.
• Monitoring data: sensor signals (e.g. motion or door events). Camera footage only where cameras are explicitly agreed. The scope always matches the agreed configuration.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• handling your enquiry or order and communicating with you (contract performance or negotiation),
• providing the service, including family alerts (contract performance),
• meeting legal obligations (e.g. accounting),
• our legitimate interest in protecting our rights and improving the service.

Monitoring in the senior's home is always configured in agreement with the family and with respect for the senior's dignity and privacy; we recommend that the senior is informed and consents.

4. Retention

Enquiry data is kept for the duration of our discussions and a reasonable time after (typically 12 months). Contract-related data is kept for the duration of the contract and as required by law. Sensor data is kept only as long as needed for alerts and service support.

5. Who we share data with

We use vetted technical infrastructure providers (website hosting, database, payment gateway where applicable) acting as processors. We do not share data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Your rights
