The same foundation as for families: the watcher runs every minute, and alerts close themselves when the reason passes.

What needs attention sits on top and in colour, rooms without alerts below. One click opens the room detail with everything a family would see: rooms, timeline, temperatures.
Alerts for your staff
Water, smoke, long inactivity, a door open at night — alerts from all rooms in one place, with Take over and Close buttons. Resolved alerts tidy themselves into history.
Roles for staff and families
Facility admin, care staff, and read-only access for reception. Family access per room is managed by the facility itself — the invitation goes out by e-mail.
Messages sent, under control
You see what went out and to whom — e-mail to the duty desk, to families, push to the app. An undelivered message is never a mystery, just a row with a status and a reason.
